Which method of contacting support do you need?

There are three primary ways to get in contact with the support team. The differences between these options are the speed of response and the level of interaction between you and our support team.

1. Online Chat

Logging into your account and using the chat feature is the quickest way to communicate with our support team in real-time. With chat, you can quickly get assistance and ask follow-up questions immediately.

However, if your issue is very complex, chat might not be the best option because it could take time to gather information to resolve your issue.

2. Email

Contacting our support team through email is great if you are busy handling other tasks while waiting for a response. Our support team is always available by email and responds within a few business days.

3. Open a case through our support portal

If your issue is very complex or urgent, filing a case through the support portal allows our support team to track your issue until resolution. After your case gets filed, a support team member will review your case and contact you by email to inform you of the next steps.
