Submitting a Help Ticket

If users encounter any problems or have any questions with SparkCognition's Renewables Suite they can submit a help desk ticket via the question mark icon on the bottom left of the page.

This brings up a the help ticket submission form where users can provide a brief description of the issue or question they have and submit it for the SparkCognition Support Team to look into.

Users can also log a ticket or support request directly through our ticket portal which can be found via the following link support.apm.sparkcognition.com.

Contact Email

The contact email used to submit the ticket must be the same as the user uses to access the platform and is associated with their user profile.
