The Health Alerts tab is a viewing area for Health Alerts notifications created by the Predict Module. Here users can see an aggregated view of all alerts with the ability to filter the alerts based on specific criteria.
Accessing the Health Alerts tab
Health alerts are available for viewing under the notifications module. Users can access this by selecting the Health Alerts tab just next to the Notifications tab on the top left of the platform under the Asset Selection dropdown menu.
Here users can see all health alerts generated by the Predict Module for individual or all assets. This is a helpful view to easily see health alerts and update them with recent actions.
Selecting the pencil icon on the left side of the Health Alerts table users can access the individual alert to edit. Here users can assign to another user for further investigation or action, add notes, close the issue, or attach files.
Filtering Health Alerts
Users have a variety of options for filtering Health Alerts.
