# Submitting a Help Ticket

If users encounter any problems or have any questions with SparkCognition's Renewables Suite they can submit a help desk ticket via the question mark icon on the bottom left of the page.

This brings up a the help ticket submission form where users can provide a brief description of the issue or question they have and submit it for the SparkCognition Support Team to look into.

Users can also log a ticket or support request directly through our ticket portal which can be found via the following link [support.apm.sparkcognition.com](https://docs.apm.sparkcognition.com/docs/support.apm.sparkcognition.com).
