However, the Renewables Suite platform also provides a uniform tag naming convention across the fleet. SparkCognition uses the IEC convention for naming most of the common tags. Specific custom tags from an OEM or the customer are stored in their original naming convention. The Field Description is an editable field and can be edited by any user with the Admin privileges. In addition, users can decide which tags to display in the platform. Only tags that are marked for display will be shown to users for plotting, visualization, data export and other platform functionality. With the option to easily filter and bulk update tags, users can search and edit display options for the asset. If Met and Site modules are enabled for the site those options will show in dropdown next to Asset Name.
